Our office Policy Regarding Dental Insurance

If we have received all of your insurance information prior to or on the day of your appointment, we will be happy to file your claim electronically.  By law your insurance company is required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt.  Each insurance company is different and each ploicy or plan is different.  We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles their claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim.  We can only assit you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment.  At no time can we guarantee what your insurance company will or will not pay on a claim.  Please be familiar with your benefits and what your out of pocket expense could be.

Please let us know if you have any questions about insurance coverage and let us know how we can help to make your entire dental experience a pleasant one.
