The cost of treatment may vary depending on your child’s individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of treatment and each of your available payment plan options before your child begins treatment, so that you can make the best choice for your child and your family.
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care.

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your family’s needs and budget. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. As an added convenience to our patients we also offer third party financing through CareCredit.
All of our locations accept all PPO dental policies. We are not an HMO provider. Below is a list of insurance companies we are IN-NETWORK with. If you do not see you dental insurance plan, please call our office. There are many umbrella plans that fall under the listed companies below:
If we have received all of your insurance information prior to or on the day of your appointment, we will be happy to file your claim electronically. By law your insurance company is required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt. Each insurance company is different and each ploicy or plan is different. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles their claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assit you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment. At no time can we guarantee what your insurance company will or will not pay on a claim. Please be familiar with your benefits and what your out of pocket expense could be.
